Dr. Sara Narayan

Sara NarayanDr. Sara Narayan is board certified in Allergy/Immunology and Pediatrics. She received her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital in Westchester, NY and her allergy/immunology fellowship at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. She practiced as a general pediatrician for two years before entering her subspecialty fellowship. Her clinical interests include pediatric asthma, seasonal allergies, food allergies, eczema and urticaria. Dr. Sara Narayan grew up in Groton and has recently returned to Massachusetts to practice medicine.

Dr. Priyal Amin

Priyal AminDr. Priyal Amin is board certified in Allergy/Immunology and Internal Medicine. She received her medical degree from New York College Osteopathic Medicine and subsequently completed her internal medicine residency at North Shore Long Island Jewish Hospital in NY. She completed her subspecialty fellowship training in allergy and immunology at the University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, OH.

Karen Balestrieri

Karen BalestrieriKaren Balestrieri is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who joined Pediatrics West in 2001. After graduating from Assumption College, she earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from the Institute of Health Professionals at Massachusetts General Hospital. Karen’s clinical interests include asthma management, health promotion across the pediatric lifespan, and emergency medicine. Karen is a Certified Asthma Educator (AE-C). She is a devoted medical volunteer with Operation Smile, an organization which serves children with facial deformities and has travelled internationally on several medical missions. Karen also serves as the nurse practitioner for the Groton-Dunstable school system in collaboration with Dr. Coleman.
