Did your child wake up with ear pain or sore throat? Not sure if he/she should go to school today? We have walk-in care for the following symptoms: ear pain, sore throat, rash, pink eye, common cold symptoms and allergy symptoms.

Clinic hours for walk-in care are from 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM, Monday through Friday in all three locations: Westford, Groton and Fitchburg. No appointment or phone call is necessary.

Walk-in care is not available on the following holidays since the office is closed on those days: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Walk-in care is not available for the following conditions: Complex illnesses (symptoms other than listed above), Fever over 102.0, Chronic conditions, Mental Health and Asthma/Wheezing.

Walk-in care is not for first time patients – new patients should book an appointment to ensure ample time is allocated to review past medical history.

Children under age 5 will not be seen in our walk in clinic; parents should call to book an appointment.
